At 38Hub, we believe technology should be accessible to everyone. We are committed to ensuring that our platform meets or exceeds the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. Accessibility is not a feature we add later — it is a core part of how we design, develop, and test every aspect of 38Hub.
We strive to provide an inclusive experience for all users, regardless of ability or assistive technology. Our ongoing accessibility efforts include regular audits, user testing with assistive technology users, and continuous improvements to our interface and codebase.
We conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our baseline standard and are working toward Level AAA compliance in key areas of the application where feasible.
All interactive elements — buttons, links, menus, modals, and form controls — are fully accessible via keyboard. You can navigate the entire application using Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Escape, and arrow keys without requiring a mouse.
38Hub uses semantic HTML, ARIA landmarks, ARIA labels, and live regions to ensure screen readers can accurately convey the structure, state, and content of every page. We test with NVDA, VoiceOver, and JAWS.
All text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). Our dark theme is designed with accessibility-first color choices to ensure readability.
38Hub is fully responsive and works across all screen sizes, from mobile devices to large desktop monitors. Content reflows properly at up to 400% zoom without loss of information or functionality.
We respect the prefers-reduced-motion operating system setting. When enabled, animations and transitions are minimized or removed entirely to prevent discomfort for users with motion sensitivities or vestibular disorders.
All focusable elements display clear, visible focus indicators so keyboard users can always see where they are on the page. Focus styles are designed to be prominent without being visually disruptive.
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of the platform may have limitations we are actively working to address:
Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of 38Hub through:
38Hub integrates with third-party services such as AI providers, payment processors, and social media platforms. While we select partners who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all third-party content or embedded elements meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We encourage users to report any accessibility barriers they encounter, including those related to third-party components, and we will work with our partners to address them where possible.
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of 38Hub. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please let us know. When reporting an issue, it helps to include:
We aim to respond to all accessibility reports within 5 business days.
38Hub is designed to be compatible with the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We also support common assistive technologies including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack (Android). If you experience compatibility issues with your browser or assistive technology, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
