AI Transparency
Last Updated: March 2026
38Hub integrates artificial intelligence throughout the platform to help creators produce better content more efficiently. We believe in being transparent about how AI is used, what data is involved, and what limitations exist. This page explains our AI practices in plain language.
We are committed to responsible AI use and will update this page as our AI capabilities evolve.
How AI Is Used in 38Hub
AI powers several core features of the 38Hub platform. Every AI feature is designed to assist you — not replace your creative judgment.
Idea Scoring
AI evaluates content ideas on a 1-10 scale based on relevance, virality potential, and audience fit, with a written rationale for each score.
Content Writing
AI generates drafts for social media posts, threads, articles, scripts, and other formats based on your ideas, notes, and instructions.
Idea Extraction
AI analyzes text, PDFs, and other sources to extract actionable content ideas, saving you hours of manual research.
Image Generation
AI creates images, thumbnails, and visual content based on text prompts and content context for use in your posts and articles.
Diagrams & Visuals
AI generates diagrams, flowcharts, and other structured visual content to enhance your articles and educational content.
Smart Suggestions
AI provides real-time suggestions for tags, categories, titles, and content improvements as you work within the platform.
AI Providers
38Hub integrates with multiple AI providers. All AI infrastructure is managed by 38Hub — you do not need to manage API keys or external accounts.
Anthropic (Claude)
Content writing, idea scoring, idea extraction, text analysis, and general-purpose AI tasks. Claude is the default provider for most text-based AI features.
OpenAI (GPT-4o)
Alternative AI provider for content writing, scoring, and extraction. Available as a user-selectable option for those who prefer OpenAI models.
Google (Gemini)
AI features, YouTube content analysis, and specialized tasks. Also provides OAuth authentication and YouTube API integration.
Data Handling During AI Processing
Data Sent to AI Providers
- Content you explicitly submit for AI processing (ideas, drafts, text)
- Contextual information needed for the specific AI task (format, language, instructions)
- Source material you upload for idea extraction (PDFs, text)
Data NOT Sent to AI Providers
- Your email address, password, or authentication tokens
- Payment information or billing details
- Content you have not explicitly submitted for AI processing
- Analytics, usage data, or browsing behavior
- Data from other users on the platform
AI Output Disclaimers
Important Notice
AI-generated content is provided as a creative aid and starting point. It should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. All AI-generated content may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI outputs before publishing or relying on them.
- AI outputs may reflect biases present in the training data of the underlying models
- AI-generated images may contain visual artifacts or inaccuracies
- AI scoring of ideas is subjective and should be used as one input among many in your editorial decisions
- AI may occasionally generate content that is repetitive, generic, or not aligned with your brand voice
User Control
You are always in control of how AI is used with your content:
- AI features are opt-in — no content is sent to AI providers without your explicit action
- You choose which content to process with AI (ideas, drafts, sources)
- You can select your preferred AI provider in Settings
- You can edit, reject, or regenerate any AI-generated output
- You retain full ownership and copyright of all AI-generated content
- You can use the platform without AI features if you prefer
Training Data & Model Development
Your Content Is Not Used to Train Our Models
38Hub does not develop or train its own AI models. All AI functionality is delivered via API integrations with third-party providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Your content is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve 38Hub's own models because we do not have any.
When your content is sent to AI providers via their APIs, it is subject to each provider's data handling policies. As of our last review:
- Anthropic (Claude API): Data sent via the API is not used to train models
- OpenAI (API): Data sent via the API is not used to train models by default
- Google (Gemini API): Subject to Google's API terms of service
We recommend reviewing each provider's current terms for the most up-to-date information.
Bias & Limitations
We are transparent about the inherent limitations of AI technology:
- AI models may produce outputs that reflect societal biases present in their training data. We encourage users to critically review all AI-generated content.
- AI performance may vary across languages, with English typically receiving the strongest support. We are working to improve multilingual capabilities, particularly for Bangla.
- AI models have knowledge cutoff dates and may not be aware of very recent events or developments.
- AI may struggle with highly specialized, technical, or niche topics where training data is limited.
- AI-generated content should be treated as a first draft — human review and editing are essential for quality and accuracy.
