These Billing & Refund Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase, renewal, and cancellation of paid subscriptions to 38Hub ("Service"), operated by 38Hub ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to these Terms in addition to ourTerms of Service.
38Hub offers three subscription tiers designed to meet the needs of individual creators, growing teams, and professional agencies:
The Go plan is designed for individual content creators who need AI-powered content generation, priority support, and access to advanced content tools including bilingual content generation, carousel design, and enhanced analytics.
The Pro plan is tailored for professional creators and small teams. It includes significantly higher usage limits, batch processing, video scripting, custom brand kits, YouTube tools, and all features available in the Go tier.
The Max plan is built for teams and agencies managing multiple brands or clients. It includes the highest usage limits (2,500 ideas and 500 images per month), team collaboration features (up to 5 seats), priority API access, and a dedicated account manager.
All paid plans are available on both monthly and annual billing cycles. When you choose annual billing, you receive the equivalent of two months free — your annual price is calculated as ten monthly payments instead of twelve. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront charge at the start of each billing year.
When you create a 38Hub account, you start on the Go plan. Monthly and yearly plans include AI credits — no separate API keys required. Lifetime plans are bring-your-own-key (BYOK).
You can upgrade to any paid plan at any time from your account settings. Upon upgrading, your first billing cycle begins immediately and you gain instant access to all features included in your chosen plan.
From time to time, we may offer promotional trial periods for paid plans. If a trial is offered, the specific terms — including duration and any limitations — will be clearly communicated at the time of enrollment. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the standard rate.
All payment processing for 38Hub is handled byStripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
We accept the following payment methods:
Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region and will be displayed at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If your payment method expires or is declined, your subscription may be interrupted as described in Section 8 (Failed Payments).
Subscriptions are billed on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select at checkout.
For monthly plans, your first charge occurs on the date you subscribe. Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month. If the original billing date does not exist in a given month (e.g., the 31st), you will be billed on the last day of that month.
For annual plans, the full annual amount is charged upfront on the date you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically on the anniversary of your original subscription date each year.
All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive an email reminder at least 7 days before each renewal. The renewal charge will be at the then-current subscription rate, subject to any price change notifications described in Section 5.

We want you to be satisfied with 38Hub. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and straightforward:
If you are subscribing to a paid 38Hub plan for the first time, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date. This guarantee applies once per account and is intended to let you evaluate the platform risk-free. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us atbilling@38hub.comwithin the 14-day window.
If you are on an annual plan and request cancellation within 30 days of your annual renewal date, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your subscription. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your annual term, minus any discounts applied at the time of purchase.
We do not issue refunds for partial months of service on monthly plans. If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days in that period.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.

All prices displayed on the 38Hub website and within the application are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
