Deleting Your Account and Exporting Data

Data Export

You can export all your data before deleting your account.

1. Go to Settings → Usage & Data
2. Click "Export All Data (JSON)"
3. A JSON file downloads with your profile, ideas, diagrams, and captions

Deleting Your Account

Warning: This is permanent and cannot be undone.

1. Go to Settings → Usage & Data
2. Scroll to the "Danger Zone" at the bottom
3. Click "Delete My Account"
4. Type DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the confirmation box
5. Click "Permanently Delete"

What Gets Deleted

• Your profile and all personal information
• All ideas, content, and AI-generated outputs
• All images, diagrams, logos, and thumbnails
• All sources and connected accounts
• Your subscription (if active, it will be canceled)

We retain zero data after deletion. All storage files are also deleted.
