Creating Your Account

38Hub offers two ways to create an account:

Option 1: Sign Up with Google (Recommended)

1. Go to 38hub.com/login
2. Click "Continue with Google"
3. Select your Google account and approve the permissions
4. You'll be redirected to your dashboard — that's it!

Google sign-up automatically imports your name and profile photo. It's the fastest way to get started.

Option 2: Sign Up with Email

1. Go to 38hub.com/login
2. Enter your email address and choose a password (minimum 8 characters)
3. Click "Sign in" — if no account exists, one will be created
4. Check your email for a verification link and click it to confirm

After Sign Up

Once you're in, we recommend these first steps:

1. Set up your Content DNA in Settings → Content DNA. This teaches the AI your voice and style.
2. Create your first idea in the Idea Inbox. Try typing a content idea and watch it get scored by AI.
3. Explore the tools — Visual Designer, YouTube Studio, Content Tools, and Strategy are all ready to use with AI built in.

AI is included in 38Hub — no API keys or external accounts needed. All AI features work out of the box.

Troubleshooting

Can't sign in with Google? Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked in your browser. Google OAuth requires a pop-up window.

Forgot your password? Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. We'll send you a reset link via email.

Email not receiving verification? Check your spam folder. The email comes from Supabase (our auth provider).
