Idea Management
Editing Ideas
Click any idea to open its detail view, then edit the title, description, category, angle, language, or tags. Changes are saved automatically.
Archiving
Archive ideas you don't want to act on right now but might come back to later. Archived ideas are hidden from the main views but can be found in the"Archived" view tab. To archive, click the archive button on the idea card.
Dismissing
Dismiss ideas that you're sure you won't use. This is different from archiving — dismissed ideas are out of sight, keeping your inbox clean.
Changing Status
Ideas flow through these statuses:
- Inbox → newly captured, waiting for review
- Approved → ready to research and enrich with Smart Cook
- In Production → currently being produced into content
- Archived → saved for later
- Dismissed → removed from active pipeline
