Inbox Views

The Idea Inbox has 6 different views to help you organize and prioritize your ideas:

1. All Ideas

Every idea in your inbox, sorted by AI score (highest first). This is the default view and gives you the complete picture.

2. Trending

Ideas marked as "high" or "critical" urgency — time-sensitive topics that should be acted on quickly before the moment passes.

3. From Sources

Ideas that were extracted from your connected sources — PDFs, RSS feeds, and other imports. Useful for reviewing what AI found in your research materials.

4. From Internet

Ideas captured from URLs and web content. When you paste a link and AI extracts ideas from it, they appear here.

5. Approved

Ideas you've approved for content creation. These are ready to be cooked in the Idea Kitchen.

6. Archived

Ideas you've set aside for later. Archived ideas aren't deleted — you can un-archive them anytime.

Using Views Effectively

  • Daily routine: Check "Trending" first for time-sensitive topics, then "All" for top-scored ideas
  • After research: Check "From Sources" to review what AI extracted from your PDFs and articles
  • Content planning: Check "Approved" to see your pipeline of ideas ready to cook
