Tracking Published Content with the Distribution Log

Distribution Log

The Distribution Log is the historical record of everything you have published — what platform, what date, and what the link is. It is the source of truth when you need to find a post you wrote three months ago.

Automatic Entries

When you mark a queued post as published, an entry is created automatically with the platform, date, and source idea. Add the live URL when you copy it from the platform.

Manual Entries

Posted something outside 38Hub? Add it manually so the log stays complete. Click Add Distribution, pick the platform, paste the URL, and tag the source idea.

Filtering and Search

  • Filter by platform, date range, or source idea
  • Search by title or URL
  • Export the filtered view to CSV for client reports

Performance Metrics

Performance numbers (views, engagement) are coming with the Phase 4 publishing integrations. For now you can attach them as notes on each entry.
