Publishing Queue

The Publishing Queue is where cooked content waits its turn. Anything you mark as"ready to publish" lands here so you can schedule it across platforms without losing track.

Adding to the Queue

  1. Open any cooked idea from the Idea Inbox
  2. Click Send to Publishing
  3. Pick the platform, target date, and time
  4. The queue groups posts by date and shows what is upcoming, in progress, or published

Reordering and Editing

Drag entries to change order on the same day. Click any entry to edit copy, change the time, or move to a different platform.

Manual Publishing for Now

Direct posting to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram is on the Phase 4 roadmap. Today the queue is a structured to-do list — copy the post, click Mark as Published, and the entry moves to the Distribution Log.

Tips

  • Schedule a week ahead so you are never scrambling for content
  • Use the calendar view to spot empty days at a glance
  • Filter by platform when you want to focus on one channel
