Recording Schedule
Recording Schedule turns batch days into a structured plan. Block out a date, attach the videos you intend to shoot, and walk into the studio with a checklist instead of a vague intention.
Creating a Session
- Open Recording Schedule from the sidebar
- Click New Session
- Pick the date, start time, and duration
- Attach scripts or cooked ideas you plan to film
- Add notes — wardrobe, location, props
Session Checklist
During the session, mark each video as recorded. The checklist updates in real time and feeds the calendar so the team knows what was shot.
After the Shoot
Recorded videos move to the editing pipeline. Linked posts in the Publishing Queue update their status from awaiting recording to ready to schedule automatically.
